Hi. My name is Rachel Shephard, and I am the founder of Shephard Care & Concierge. I am a native Floridian, born and raised right here in Manatee County. I am married to my high school sweetheart of 24 years. We have three beautiful children: two girls in college and a son in middle school.

Shephard Care & Concierge was founded with one simple goal - to make life easier for busy individuals and families who could use a helping hand. I started my errand service business because I saw how many people were struggling to keep up with their daily tasks while balancing work, family, and personal commitments. From busy professionals to seniors and new parents, so many people simply need an extra pair of hands to make life a little easier. I wanted to create a service that helps reduce stress, save time, and bring convenience back into people’s lives.
